This Initial Consultation Agreement is made between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant - Gurvinder Singh (License number R710529) and the Client
1. Purpose of Consultation:
The purpose of an initial consultation is to provide the RCIC with sufficient information to allow for a full analysis and comprehensive advice on immigration options, including estimated timeframes, legal fees, and costs.
2. Client Responsibility:
The Client must provide the RCIC with such information and documentation as are required to perform the consultation. The Client must be accurate and honest and must inform the RCIC of all information, even if negative or adverse, which might be relevant to the advice provided by the RCIC in this matter.
Failure to fully disclose all relevant information to the RCIC will impact the advice given by RCIC and may void this Agreement, or seriously affect the outcome of the application of the Client or the retention of any status that the Client may obtain.
3. Advice current on date of consultation:
The advice provided by the RCIC to Client is based on the Canadian immigration law and policy current on the date of the consultation where relevant. The RCIC is not responsible or accountable for any change in government legislation or policy that may impact the processing of any subsequent application by Client.
4. No guarantee on outcome:
RCIC shall provide consulting services to Client to the standard of a competent CICC member. RCIC does not guarantee that she will be able to assist Client in meeting his or her business, education, employment, or immigration goals.
5. Confidentiality:
All information received during this consultation is confidential and will not be revealed to any person or organization without your consent, except as required by law.
6. Cost of Initial Consultation:
The client agrees to pay the fees indicated in the booking tool below for the selected online consultation services.
7. Credit:
A credit for the amount paid today will be subtracted from your first invoice if we are retained to prepare full application within the next five business days. Only one consultation fee will be credited if you had multiple consultations with us. Application reviews of profiles are not eligible for a credit from this consultation.
8. Refund Policy:
The fee for Initial Consultation is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No-show by the Client: In case of a no-show by the Client, the money is considered to have been earned under this agreement at the commencement of the scheduled time of appointment. However, you can request for reschedule the appointment by giving 24-hour advance notice time.
9. Service Agreement Required:
Following the initial consultation, if you agree to retain us, and if we agree to provide services to you, then we will prepare a separate, more detailed Service Agreement to be executed by both parties. The new Service Agreement will supersede this Initial Consultation Agreement and will set forth the terms and conditions of our representation of you, including our fees and the specific services to be performed by us.
10. Disclaimer:
Gurvinder Singh cannot be held responsible if he provides correct advice, but someone outside his organization prepares the recommended application incorrectly. In addition, he can only advice based on the facts that are disclosed to him during the consultation.
11. Acknowledgment:
By paying the fee in the booking tool, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions set forth above in this Initial Consultation Agreement and its clause and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in it and acknowledges that any further engagement of RCIC will require a further written agreement with different terms.
